QC
We have in-line QC at each production line to check the problem occured when manufacturing, then deal with it promptly. And our final QC will inspect the finished products according to AQL. We have all the necessary instruments to analyze packaging material, manufacture procedure, finished products. Our QC activities are managed through two sections.
Instrumental Analysis a. Pantone book: to prove the spot color for printing process b. Colorimeter: another instrument to prove the color for printing c. Thickness gauge: to measure the thickness of material
Visual sample analysis a. Metal detector: check each finished product for broken needles. b. Tensiometer: test the max tension the bag can endure c. UPC code scanner: To make sure all the UPC code in our product is scannable before shipment.
The modern well-equipped Quality Control laboratory was established to ensure that the products are safe and delicate and was released only after thorough analysis as per stringent specifications, methods and procedures developed in line with international guidelines viz. ISO-9001, CE, SGS, FDA, etc.
Price Each kind of bag has its own professional factory. Nine- year experience in the packaging, mature cost control procedure and strict quality assurance experience allow us to manage and control the cost effectively, and to ensure the superior quality of our products.
Delivery Detailed mass production list, strong production ability and the effective management ensure our prompt delivery. At present, Our monthly output for non-woven bag could be 1200,000pcs. As for paper bag and polyester bag, the monthly output could be 1100,000 PCS and 700,000 PCS respectively. Our sample making period normally is 5-10 days. The normal delivery time for all of our products is within one month. The different quantity determines the delivery time.

Sales team
In our Xiamen office, we have a professional sales team including 36 people. All the sales person are elites who have more than 2 years working experience in the line. Besides, the sales group have been divided into three different sales department. Each department has one manager who owns at least five years management experience. They are responsible for managing and guiding the sales team.
